Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and champion Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Vision and Values
- Create daily shift setups and ensure operational excellence during peak periods
- Coordinate team member schedules and breaks
- Manage Drive Thru Operations and team member rotations
- Ensure guest experience meets Chick-fil-A's standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in all Front of House areas
- Responsible for cash management and guest recovery
- Ensure 100% completion of all operational and cleaning checklists
- Responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A's Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy is executed at all times
Requirements for FOH Supervisor Role:
- Servsafe Manager Certified
- Complete Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Supervisor Training Program
- Maintain Open Availability with limited restrictions
- Adapt quickly to the changing demands of the business
