Front of House Manager (FOH Manager)

We are a high-volume rotary sushi restaurant looking for a strong Front of House Manager to lead daily service and support our team.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You will be managing the floor, controlling guest flow, and making sure service runs smoothly during busy shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage host stand, waitlist, and guest flow
- Lead and support hosts and servers during service
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain strong communication between front and back of house
- Help control pacing, table turnover, and service quality
- Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience (server, host lead, or supervisor)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Experience with waitlist systems (Yelp / OpenTable) is a plus
