Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly
• Stay updated with new products and complete all assigned tasks
• Maintain personal knowledge and adhere to Chick-fil-A rules

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
• Consistent, reliable, and loves serving others
• Capable of working independently and in a team
• Able to lift and carry 15-50 lbs and stand for long periods
