Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Front of House Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-of-house operations, a deep understanding of hospitality standards, and a proven track record of driving operational success in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient service flow and resolve any operational challenges.
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
Assist in budgeting and financial management, contributing to the establishment's profitability.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff, promoting career growth within the company.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.
In-depth knowledge of front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest services.
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic financial management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Manager Certificate.
Solminer Level 1 or higher (preferred).
Proficiency with Resy and Toast.
Long or Steady Tenureship at current or past position.
