Front of House Sales Expert, uBreakiFix

We help people do more with their technology and stay connected on all of their devices. We provide our customers with simple, helpful advice to get the most from their technology, assistance to fix any technology issues they have and protection of their devices to ensure they quickly get a replacement or repair if anything does go wrong.

What you will be doing

Delivering world class customer service for our customers by giving solutions and recommendations to get their every-day tech back on track. We sell solutions-based products and services and provide fast, accurate repairs on devices that build long-lasting relationships.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions
• Deliver world class customer service to ensure you build a strong clientele.
• Achieve daily sales targets and enhance performance.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to address concerns and improve work productivity.
• Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• High knowledge of our products and programs.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar sales leadership role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales effectively with customers.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cash handling processes and organizational skills.
