Front of House Shift Leader

At Chick-fil-A West Acres, our leaders are the secret sauce of what we do. They are responsible for supporting and innovating daily operations, coaching and developing people effectively, and maintaining high performance standards of quality and service. This role requires ownership, initiative, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency to ensure priorities are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 10-20 people at a time
• Engage with guests, vendors, and business partners
• Learn and engage with business systems
• Other duties as assigned

Availability Requirements

• Able to work between 25-45 hours a week
• Able to open (5 AM) or close (11 PM)
• Able to work Fridays and/or Saturdays

Other Requirements

• Associates Degree or higher (2+ years of relevant professional experience can be considered)
• Reliable method of transportation
