Job Description:A Front of House staff member is a vibrant position in our team. Menu & beverage knowledge leads to a great guest experience. Warm welcomes and excellent customer service is vital to returning customers. Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. There are many opportunities for growth within the company, as well.Job Duties include (but are not limited to):- taking orders at the register- running food - handing out togo's- keeping the front stocked- bathroom maintenance- cleaning and maintaining of front of house equipment, bar area, floor, etcJob Requirements:Prior front of house experience is not required, but strongly preferred. Must be able to:- learn the menu and its ingredients- have a warm personality- self-motivated- sense of urgencyPay starts at $8.50 per hour plus tip pool. (Average range is $6-8/hour in tips). Employees are eligible for an hourly wage increase after completion of 90 days and employee evaluation.
