Food & Beverage Supervisor - Front of House

General Job Description
The FOH Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the dining room and bar, overseeing front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. As a hands-on leader, the supervisor works on the floor during service, supporting servers, hosts, and bartenders, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring all company standards for service, hygiene, and cleanliness are met.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervise all Food & Beverage Outlet operations.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards.
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Knowledge & Experience
  • Bar experience.
  • Server experience
  • Ability to work with cash.
  • Skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
  • Knowledge of food.
  • Minimal knowledge of POS systems (Micros).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with public and staff.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Must have a high regard for customer service and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.

Acceptable documents to obtain badging are Passport OR Government issued photo ID and certified copy of Birth Certificate. Supporting documents would be needed for a name change. Please note that individuals with pending court cases or who are currently on probation will not qualify for badging approval.
