Food & Beverage Supervisor - Front of House
General Job Description
The FOH Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the dining room and bar, overseeing front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience. As a hands-on leader, the supervisor works on the floor during service, supporting servers, hosts, and bartenders, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring all company standards for service, hygiene, and cleanliness are met.
Duties & Responsibilities - Supervise all Food & Beverage Outlet operations.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance of brand standards.
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Knowledge & Experience - Bar experience.
- Server experience
- Ability to work with cash.
- Skill in the use of computers and related software applications.
- Knowledge of food.
- Minimal knowledge of POS systems (Micros).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to be tactful and diplomatic with public and staff.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Must have a high regard for customer service and the ability to perform in a fast paced environment.

Hours/Shifts - Due to the type of business, you must be able to work nights, weekends, special occasions, and holidays.

- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background screening, and credit check.
- You will be required to obtain a TWIC and MMC. Acceptable documents to obtain badging are Passport OR Government issued photo ID and certified copy of Birth Certificate. Supporting documents would be needed for a name change. Please note that individuals with pending court cases or who are currently on probation will not qualify for badging approval.
