Front of House Team Leader – Evening Shift (2 PM–Close)

About the Role

Team Leaders are a vital part of Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch’s leadership structure and serve as a driving force behind daily operations.

As a Front of House Team Leader, you will lead and support the Front of House team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and the unparalleled hospitality that defines the Chick-fil-A brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coach, support, and guide Team Members while modeling excellence in service, operations, accountability, and teamwork.

Schedule

This position is specifically for our PM/Closing Leadership Team.

• Full-Time
• Required availability: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• Must be available to work closing shifts
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Schedule may vary based on business and operational needs

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Front of House Team Leader at Chick-fil-A required
• Strong working knowledge of Chick-fil-A Front of House operations, standards, and service expectations
• Must be available from 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and hold Team Members accountable
• Basic computer proficiency
• Comfortable using POS systems and order-taking technology
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions with minimal direction
• Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and accountable
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain composure and lead effectively during high-volume periods

Responsibilities

• Support Front of House operations during assigned shifts
• Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members throughout the shift
• Set clear expectations and provide real-time performance feedback
• Communicate employee performance concerns and policy or procedure violations to the Leadership Team
• Partner with leadership to ensure appropriate daily staffing and deployment
• Drive tactical business results through daily and hourly operational objectives
