Front of House (FOH) Team Leader – Chick-fil-A
The Front of House Team Lead is responsible for leading operations during assigned shifts to ensure food safety, quality, accuracy, and speed of service at Chick-fil-A. This role sets the tone for operational excellence by coaching team members, managing front counter and drive-thru flow, and upholding brand standards while creating a positive, high-performance work environment.
The FOH Team Lead models leadership through service, accountability, and attention to detail while ensuring an exceptional guest experience through hospitality, communication, and operational excellence.
Starting pay: $18 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Front of House operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest service in the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru
- Coach and encourage team members in real time to maintain speed, accuracy, and hospitality standards
- Assist with shift deployment, positioning, and labor management
- Monitor order accuracy and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Communicate effectively with BOH leaders and leadership team to ensure smooth operations
- Model Chick-fil-A values and foster a positive team culture
- Ensure compliance with all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead with positivity, professionalism, and urgency
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
