Position Type
- Full-time (35+ hours/week)
- Must be available during peak meal periods, including Fridays and Saturdays
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Typical Hours of Operation
We are open: Monday–Saturday, 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Leaders typically work 6–9 hour shifts, scheduled around peak business hours and shift coverage needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the Front of House during assigned shifts with energy, professionalism, and urgency
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Maintain high standards for order accuracy, food safety, and dining room cleanliness
- Coach and encourage team members with timely feedback, clear direction, and accountability
- Support team execution of new product rollouts, promotions, and service initiatives
- Collaborate with Back of House leadership to ensure smooth, unified operations
- Serve as a role model — upholding and representing Chick-fil-A’s values and brand standards at all times

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in food service or hospitality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Servant-hearted with a passion for developing others
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Experience in fast-paced restaurants or guest service environments
