Front of House Team Member AM (5:30am–2:00pm)
At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Front of House Team Members are the first impression of our restaurant. This role is more than just service—it’s about setting the tone for the entire day. Our morning team brings energy, focus, and care to create an exceptional guest experience from open to peak hours.
Position Type:
Full-time and Part-time (Morning Availability Required)
What You’ll Do:
- Open the restaurant with urgency, precision, and attention to detail
- Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service during high-volume morning and lunch rushes
- Create genuine connections with guests through eye contact, enthusiasm, and care
- Work as part of a team to maintain flow, speed, and a clean, organized environment
- Communicate clearly and support teammates to keep operations running smoothly

- Reliable and consistent early-morning availability (5:30am start)
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and hospitality
- Team-oriented, coachable, and dependable
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment
