Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a smile
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically and communicate clearly
- Make meaningful connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant’s vision and values
- Multitask quickly and thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress-code standards
- Safely drive to deliver catering orders and transport necessary supplies to off-site events, as assigned
- Assist with loading, unloading, setting up, and organizing catering orders for deliveries and events
- Confirm catering orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time while providing professional and courteous service
- Follow all traffic laws, safe-driving practices, delivery procedures, and food-safety standards while transporting orders
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Able to safely load, transport, and unload catering orders and event supplies
