Role Description

A Front of House Team Member works primarily with customers and focuses on delivering excellent service and hospitality. They are operational experts that directly impact our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Be attentive and friendly by creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking with a friendly tone, and always saying "My Pleasure!"
• Pay attention to details and recover guests quickly.
• Execute operational positions and tasks in the restaurant according to Chick-fil-A's Brand Standards.
• Ensure fast and accurate service by being quick, but never rushed, and always confirming orders.
• Create a welcoming environment for our team and guests by keeping it clean, safe, and refreshing.
• Make interactions genuine and personal by using names and sharing a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Be proactive by checking in with Team Members and guests and anticipating needs.

Qualifications, Skills, & Expectations

• No previous food service experience is required–we will ensure you are trained and well equipped!
• Be able to stand and work on your feet for several hours at a time, and lift/carry inventory and restaurant supplies as necessary.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's appearance, apparel, and uniform standards.
• Be consistent and reliable with attendance and performance.
• Have a strong work ethic and be adaptable to the needs of the business.
• Have a friendly, positive, and customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be coachable and receptive to feedback.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks at a time and be detail oriented.
