What You'll Do

As a FOH Team Member, you'll be the face of Chick-fil-A, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and a friendly attitude.
• Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the front counter or in the drive-thru.
• Ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting for every guest.
• Delivering food to guests with care, attention to detail, and a genuine "My Pleasure."
• Assisting with guest inquiries or needs to ensure their total satisfaction.
