What You Will Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you will help deliver an exceptional experience to every guest you serve. Depending on your training and the needs of the restaurant, you may:

  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and hospitality.
  • Take accurate orders at the front counter or outside in the drive-thru.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and guest orders.
  • Assemble and verify orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Deliver meals to guests in the dining room, carry-out area, or drive-thru.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming restaurant.
  • Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to provide Second Mile Service.
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and leaders during fast-paced shifts.
  • Follow food-safety, sanitation, cash-handling, uniform, and operational procedures.
  • Learn multiple positions and contribute wherever the team needs support.

This is an active, fast-paced position. Team Members spend most of their shifts standing, walking, communicating, serving guests, cleaning, stocking, and working together to meet the demands of the business.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must have consistent Friday availability.
  • Must have consistent Saturday evening availability.
  • Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and teammates.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, lift, carry, clean, stock, and perform other physical restaurant duties.
  • Must be willing to work both indoors and outdoors as assigned, including drive-thru positions in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be willing to follow Chick-fil-A and restaurant appearance, uniform, food-safety, attendance, and conduct standards.
  • Must be available for the shifts and days agreed upon during the hiring process.
  • Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule and Availability

We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities based on restaurant needs and applicant availability.

Because Fridays and Saturdays are two of our busiest days, consistent Friday availability and Saturday evening availability are required for this position. These days will be part of the Team Member’s regular weekly availability, although Team Members may request occasional time off in accordance with restaurant scheduling policies.

Team Members are expected to maintain the availability they were hired with during their first 90 days of employment.
