What You will do:

• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile.
• Take accurate orders at the front counter, ensuring each guest receives exactly what they ordered.
• Prepare and serve food quickly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of presentation.
• Keep the dining area, restrooms, and front counter spotless—cleanliness is key to our guests’ experience.
• Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
• Be proactive in problem-solving, whether it’s a guest concern or a rush of orders.
• Work together as a team to create a positive, efficient, and fun environment.
• Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team.

What We're Looking for:

• You have a heart for hospitality and love making people’s day.
• You’re capable of standing for long periods and able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy items when required.
• You are fast, efficient, and always two steps ahead.

• You have strong communication skills and work well with a team.

• Weekend availability is required.

Little Blue Menu® is an innovation kitchen brand created by Chick-fil-A®, inspired by the founder of Chick-fil-A’s first restaurant established in 1946, where he tested different menu items and presented them on a blue menu. Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering.
