Front of House Team Member - Daytime.

Please note: this is a year-round, daytime position. We are not hiring for the summer alone. Those still in high school are not qualified.

We are hiring a Front of House Team Member for a fast-paced, guest-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a heart for serving others.

Role Overview

Work with a team to create an environment of excellence by serving guests quickly and accurately while delivering Genuine Hospitality. This highly interactive, guest-facing role requires a consistently positive, service-oriented attitude and an awareness of and responsiveness to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Courteously greet guests and remain attentive and responsive to their needs
• Accurately take and fulfill orders
• Ensure food quality, presentation, packaging, and order accuracy meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Follow company procedures for cash handling and coupon accountability
• Communicate clearly with team members and leaders
• Work with urgency and maintain a pace that meets the demands of the business
• Follow food safety, quality, cleanliness, and equipment care standards
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe work areas
• Complete required PATHWAY and in-house training and demonstrate proficiency in assigned Front of House positions
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Available for daytime shifts, including at least 3 weekdays and every Saturday
• Able to work outside in all seasons
• Understand Chick-fil-A standards for customer service and Operational Excellence
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Additional Information

This role requires being on your feet for several hours at a time and working both inside and outside in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
