About the Role

As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you are the face of Chick-fil-A Duluth. You'll work across a variety of positions depending on business need and your development, including:

• Front Counter — Taking orders, processing payments, and delivering food with a smile
• Drinks & Desserts — Crafting beverages and treats to Chick-fil-A's exacting standards
• Bagging — Ensuring every order is accurate, complete, and ready to go
• Drive-Thru & Outdoor Support — Keeping the line moving and the energy high

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift and carry 20–40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to follow Chick-fil-A dress code and standards
