Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude

• Take accurate orders and operate the point-of-sale system

• Maintain a clean and inviting dining room and guest areas

• Deliver meals and engage with guests to ensure a remarkable experience

• Assist with mobile and delivery orders as needed

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with Texas Food Establishment Rules

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a heart for service

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently in a busy environment

• Willingness to uphold Chick-fil-A’s high standards for service, cleanliness, and care

Requirements (Front of House):

• Must be 16 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Able to lift and carry 10–65 lbs as needed

• Able to stand on your feet for several hours at a time

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• For delivery roles (if applicable): Valid Texas driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance

Requirements (Delivery Driver):

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid state-issued driver’s license

• Reliable, clean, insured vehicle

• Clean driving record for the past 2 years

• Smartphone to operate the delivery app

• No license suspensions within the past year

Preferred Experience (1 year each):

• Driving

• Delivery or delivery driver

• Customer service
