Front of House Team Member (Full-Time)

• Shifts Available: Day shift 6am-2pm

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak with a Friendly Tone
• Always say "My pleasure" 
• Honor and follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 15 years of age upon your hiring date
• Reliable
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Must be able/willing to work outside in various types of weather conditions
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-35 lbs on a regular basis
• Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
