Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak with a Friendly Tone

- Honor and follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years of age upon your hiring date
- Reliable
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Must be able/willing to work outside in various types of weather conditions
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-35 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
