Position: Full-Time Front Counter / Drive-Thru Team Member

Location: Cascade, MI

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Model Chick-fil-A’s values through dependable work, integrity, and genuine hospitality
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to meet goals
• Support daily operations in both the Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas
• Communicate clearly, courteously, and proactively with guests and teammates
• Uphold all Chick-fil-A standards, including dress code, safety, and cleanliness policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent work ethic with a desire for long-term employment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and passion for serving others
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays)
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
