Wage Range $11- 16 per hour

As part of our Front of the House Team, you will serve guests through dine-in, carry-out and catering while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. Team Members look for opportunities to anticipate guest needs, build genuine connections, and make each visit feel personal and memorable.

This is a fast-moving role that requires focus, flexibility, and attention to detail. Successful Team Members communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, work with urgency, and maintain accuracy without sacrificing hospitality or care.

Role

The Front of House Team Member is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences through hospitality, attentiveness, and dining room excellence.

Availability

• Preferred availability of 20+ hours/week
• Minimum availability of 12 hours/week required
• Minimum Full-Time Availability: 32+ hours a week

Pay Rate

• Full-Time: $14 – 16/ hour
• Part-Time: $11 –$ 13 /hour

Exact rate depends on availability and experience.

Reports to: Shift Leader, Manager and Director.

What you will be doing

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality
• Take orders, handle cash transactions, and make change quickly and accurately at the register
• Support carry-out, catering, 3rd Party Delivery Orders, and dine-in guests
• Maintain refreshingly clean dining room, restroom, and guest areas
• Proactively care for guest needs and create emotional connections
• Assist guests by delivering meals, refreshing beverages, and clearing trays
• Work together with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure fast and accurate service
• Help create a caring and encouraging environment for guests and team members

Role Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old upon hire
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to accurately handle cash and make change
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Ability to multitask and transition quickly between responsibilities
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
• Must respond quickly and efficiently to changing guest needs and order flow
