Front of House Team Member

At Chick-fil-A Osage Beach FSU, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity. Working alongside an independent Owner/Operator and supportive restaurant leaders, you will serve as the face of our restaurant. You are responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, taking accurate orders, preparing beverages, and creating memorable, positive experiences for every guest who walks through our doors or visits our drive-thru.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Signature Hospitality: Smile, make eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make genuine emotional connections with every guest.
• Order Taking & Cashiering: Accurately enter guest orders into the POS system, process payments, and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare handcrafted beverages, assemble order trays, pack drive-thru bags, and double-check orders for accuracy and quality before handing them to guests.
• Dining Room & Drive-Thru Service: Host in the dining room, refresh beverages, maintain clean tables and condiment stations, and manage efficient drive-thru order taking and delivery.
• Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep work stations, dining areas, and equipment clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety regulations and Chick-fil-A standards.Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Teamwork: Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant. Collaborate closely with Back-of-House (kitchen) team members and leadership to maintain fast, smooth restaurant operations. Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

• Attributes: Cheerful, customer-service-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn. Loves serving and helping others. Consistency and reliability. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Pacing & Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 25+ lbs.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
• Reliable: Transportation
