Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
• Smile • Create and Maintain Eye Contact • Speak Enthusiastically • Make Emotional Connections with Guests • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic • Work on their feet for several hours at a time • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule • Be available to work on Saturdays • Loves serving and helping others • Works well independently and in a team environment • Customer service oriented • Strong interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented • Able to multi-task • Consistency and reliability • Cheerful and positive attitude • Have the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basis • Have the ability to stand for up to 8 hrs at a time
