Part-time

Starting at $14.00 per hour

Currently hiring full-time and part-time days only. Days availability must be available between 6:30am-3pm. One weekend day required each weekend (Friday or Saturday) based on the needs of the business.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Take orders inside the restaurant and out in the drive-thru
• Fill drinks, bag food and make desserts
• Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
• Restock items
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 16+ years of age
• Commit to working six (6) months or more at our location
• Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
• Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
• Able to work weekends
• Able to work outside in the elements for long periods of time (snow, rain, sun)
• Punctual and Reliable
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift 30+ pounds
• Able to pass a background check
• Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
• Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands
• No facial jewelry except for stud ear piercings and/or small nasal stud
