Position Type:
- Part-Time (15-32 hours per week)
- We are hiring for either store during these hours: South Towne Marketplace days (9am-5pm) or Draper mornings (6:30am-3pm)
- Weekends required
- Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience (no exceptions)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Take orders inside the restaurant and out in the drive-thru
- Fill drinks, bag food and make desserts
- Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
- Restock items
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 16+ years of age
- Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience
- Commit to working three (3) months or more at this location
- Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
- Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
- Able to work weekends
- Able to work outside in the elements for long periods of time (snow, rain, sun)
- Punctual and Reliable
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift 30+ pounds
- Able to pass a background check
- Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
- Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands
