Position Type

• Part-Time (10-31 hours per week)
• Must be 16 years or older

Compensation

• $17.15-$17.40/hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions and/or less than 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience
• $18.00-$18.90/hour with open availability, prior Chick-fil-A trainer experience and/or at least 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly with a smile
• Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru
• Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside
• Prepare drinks, ice cream, and milkshakes
• Keep service and dining areas clean and welcoming
• Assist guests with mobile orders and app questions
• Restock supplies and support overall restaurant flow
• Communicate clearly with your team
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals (ages 16+)
• Willingness to work some peak shifts (early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs
• A positive attitude and a desire to serve others
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
