Front of House Team Member
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Front-of-House Team Member to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our guests, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the front of house.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Keep the dining and front-of-house areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work closely with other team members to provide a great guest experience
- Follow all food safety, health, and company policies
- Handle customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude
