Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the core four essentials: make eye contact, smile, speak with enthusiasm, and serve from the heart.
• Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Accurately take guest orders at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in all areas of the store.
• Observe health and sanitation guidelines.
• Contribute to a fun, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Commit to working at least 15-20 hours per week and close at least 3 nights per week.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic cash-handling skills.
