In this role, you’ll deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality by serving guests with warmth, efficiency, and excellence—whether you’re at the register, preparing drinks, bagging orders, or assisting guests in the dining room.
Position Details
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts
- Examples of available shifts:
Opening: 5:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Mid: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closing: 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM – Close
- Must be 16 years or older
- Seasonal positions not available
Team Member Requirements:
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual team members
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Cheerful, positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying consistent and thorough
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
