Job Summary
Italian Village Pizza Trattoria is a bustling burst of Italian flavor and energy. Our lively atmosphere is perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. The dynamic bar provides a vibrant venue for enjoying a selection of Italian wines served by the bottle and glass, creative craft cocktails and 6 styles of draft beer. Our traditional Italian pizzas and dishes are brought to life with fresh ingredients paired with our unique wine and specialty cocktail list to complete the dining experience.


Italian Village Pizza Trattoria is looking for highly motivated and experienced front counter staff and hosts who can work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest centric environment.



Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and actively assist while they are shopping
• Work the register to ring up sales and complete transactions both in-person and over the phone
• Collect payments by cash and credit card and issue receipts
• Participate in product promotion events and initiatives to drive sales
• Maintain a solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers with their selections

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
