Pay Range: $15.10 to $18.00 per hour

The actual starting rate offered will be based on factors such as experience, availability, qualifications, and the staffing needs of the restaurant.

What Does Front of House Mean?

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the faces of our restaurant and help create the experience our guests remember.

Depending on your shift, responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome
• Helping guests place their orders
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders at the front counter or Drive-Thru
• Preparing McCafé beverages, specialty drinks, desserts, and other menu favorites
• Helping guests with mobile orders, kiosks, and the McDonald's app
• Making sure orders are accurate and presented with care
• Delivering orders to tables or curbside guests
• Answering guest questions and helping solve problems
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room, front counter, beverage areas, and other guest areas
• Ensuring products and supplies are properly stocked
• Working with crew members and managers to meet restaurant goals
• Following food safety and workplace safety procedures
• Providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service
• Helping the team keep things moving during our busiest times
