Front of the House

Responsibilities:

- Maintain our high level of hospitality. All guests are greeted with a high level of efficient service. 

- Ensure to-go orders are packaged accurately and efficiently while keeping station clean and stocked.

- Process payments using cash registers or other electronic devices.

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while engaging with guests about our menu, fresh ingredients, and craft cocktail options.

- Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, and exchanges

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred

- Familiarity with operating cash registers or other point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Must be available to work 5 shifts minimum and available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time daily. 

Must be able to keep a clean and presentable uniform for all scheduled shifts.
