Position Summary

Seeking a hands-on Front Office Applied AI Engineer to work directly with Equities and Fixed Income Sales teams. The engineer will build and deploy AI agents, copilots, analytics, and workflow automation to improve client engagement, sales productivity, and commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, copilots, RAG solutions, and workflow automations for Sales.
• Develop client prioritization, meeting preparation, cross-sell, research, and sales productivity tools.
• Build dashboards and analytics for revenue, wallet share, market share, pipeline, and client activity.
• Develop production-grade Python applications, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, observability, and release management.
• Establish AI evaluation and governance covering accuracy, hallucination, latency, cost, security, and compliance.
• Work closely with Sales, Trading, Research, Technology, Data, Compliance, and Risk teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 17+ years of technology/software engineering experience.
• Expert Python and strong SQL.
• Production experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and AI agents.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong experience with APIs, data pipelines, enterprise integrations, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and containers.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, AI evaluation, monitoring, observability, and governance.
• Experience with sensitive enterprise data, entitlements, access controls, and auditability.
• Strong understanding of institutional sales and capital markets, including Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, Rates, FX, or Financing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior business stakeholders.
