Front Office Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)

We are partnering with a well-established organization to add a Front Office Assistant to their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth in a professional, patient-focused environment.

Schedule & Pay
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
$20/hour

Position Overview
This role serves as the first point of contact and plays a key part in creating a positive experience for patients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Verify insurance information and assist with basic intake processes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Make outbound and follow-up calls as needed
  • Post payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support overall front office operations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
