Serenity Dental is looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Houston, TX! Compensation: $16-18 per hour, based on experience
Schedule & Office Hours
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
- 9 am-5 pm

Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with customer service, insurance verification, treatment planning, prior authorizations, Medicaid, and PPO insurance plans
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Weekend availability is a must
