Front Office Assistant

Wolff Family Dentistry & Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, service-driven Front Office Assistant to join our growing team in Queen Creek, AZ! If you enjoy building relationships, creating exceptional patient experiences, and being part of a supportive team culture, we'd love to meet you. As the first point of contact for our practice, you'll play a key role in helping patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Enjoy a consistent 4-day work week: Tuesday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage details
• Collect patient payments and update account information
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
• Support a positive patient experience from check-in through checkout

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of dental front office experience is required
• Must have a strong knowledge of dental insurance, terms, and procedures
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
