We are searching for a Front Office Assistant to work in our Pet Segment, providing office support to fulfil our sales orders at our Fish Mart Location in West Haven, CT. If you find your skills match the qualifications we are seeking below, we invite you to apply for this position!

Shift Details: Monday-Wednesday 9am- 5pm, Thursday 9am- 4pm, Friday 9am-2pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and post the routes.
• Enter all customer credits. Scan and email them to the correct stores.
• Enter the catcher details for all aquatics.
• Fill out our NH stores bird an animal certificates,
• Put together ferret packets and sort them by runs.
• Put together the PCC Super Pig packets and sort them by driver/run..
• Help fill out the bird certificates with the band numbers.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer skills are a must.
• Attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Great Attendance.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule if necessary.
• Willing to accept all assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Able to sit for hours in an office environment.
• May have to walk in the warehouse for tasks.
