Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities

Our exceptional Front Office Team Member will be responsible for

• Creating a fantastic guest experience for every patient
• Scheduling appointments efficiently
• Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
• Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Checking patients in and out smoothly
• Helping keep the schedule full and organized
• Supporting the team in delivering excellent patient care

Desired Skills

• Ability to provide outstanding, personalized customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of dental front office experience required
• Dentrix experience required
• Experience with Sunbit, Care Credit, Weave, Pearl, Microsoft Word, and Excel is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
