Title: Front Office BA / PM

Location: Jersey City , NJ
Employment Type: Contract Onsite (3) Days a Week - (Hybrid)

W2 ONLY - open to all work authorizations anyone who can work on our W2 ( open to transfer visa if required )

Summary:
• Opening for Project Manager / Business Analyst / Product Manager to work in Front Office.
• Must have In depth understanding of Investment Banking / Cap Markets : Fixed Income, Derivatives , FX and other asset classes. 
• Preference is for someone who has done both business and technical work

Responsibilities:
Important capability:
• Handle discussions with strong trading-side stakeholders
• Answer detailed questions from traders
• Bring structure and documentation discipline

Requirements:
• Candidate will be working as BA and PM both - Business Analyst / Project Manager will engage extensively with traders and stake holders
• You will communicate with front office teams , In depth understanding of Fixed Income , FX , Derivatives and other asset classes 
• Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Excel, SQL and Visio
• Understanding of analysis and documentation goals throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong domain knowledge in finance/asset management
• Minimum Bachelor degree with experience managing diverse programs and projects/initiatives
