Job Description
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both define requirements and help drive delivery across multiple projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with portfolio managers and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Support implementation of front office investment systems and tools.
- Drive 1 2 concurrent projects from initiation through delivery.
- Participate in UAT and validate solutions against business expectations.
- Work with market data sources to support analytics and liquidity insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income products and asset management workflows.
- Experience supporting front office investment teams.
- Build prototypes with modern AI tools - Claude, Perplexity, GPT, etc.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience working with market data platforms such as Bloomberg.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- Python or data analysis experience.
- Experience with portfolio management platforms (e.G., Aladdin).
- Knowledge of data platforms and reporting tools.
- CFA, FRM, or related certifications.
