This is a hands-on role for someone who can both define requirements and help drive delivery across multiple projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with portfolio managers and stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Support implementation of front office investment systems and tools.
  • Drive 1 2 concurrent projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Participate in UAT and validate solutions against business expectations.
  • Work with market data sources to support analytics and liquidity insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income products and asset management workflows.
  • Experience supporting front office investment teams.
  • Build prototypes with modern AI tools - Claude, Perplexity, GPT, etc.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills.
  • Experience working with market data platforms such as Bloomberg.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Python or data analysis experience.
  • Experience with portfolio management platforms (e.G., Aladdin).
  • Knowledge of data platforms and reporting tools.
  • CFA, FRM, or related certifications.
