Position: Front Office Clerk Posting # 4012

Beginning: August 10, 2026

Hours: 40 hours per week

School Year / Full Time + 15

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with office-related functions
  • Answer telephone
  • Greet/assist parents and staff
  • Translate oral and written communication (English/Spanish)
  • Assist with student needs
  • Key data into multiple systems
  • Other duties as assigned by the building principal

Other Information:

  • High School diploma required
  • Proficient or willing to learn Google Suite
  • Proficient in typing
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Works 2 weeks before school year and ends 1 week after school ends
  • Willingness to administer medicine (training provided)

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
