Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the agency, creating a positive and professional impression.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents and staff.

Assist with client inquiries, providing basic information and directing them to the appropriate team member.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.

Support agents with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.

Handle general office tasks like filing, copying, and scanning.


Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

A friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

Comfort with learning new systems and processes specific to the insurance industry.
