Reporting to the firm's attorneys, the Front Office Coordinator serves as the hub of the office, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome while keeping daily operations organized and running efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to expand your skills over time, with the potential to grow into additional client service and office management responsibilities.

Shift information:
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:45 AM – 4:00 PM
What you will do:
  • Welcome clients and visitors while providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Prepare conference rooms and materials for estate planning meetings and other client appointments
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks while maintaining office organization, supplies, and common areas
  • Assist with client communications and develop into additional client service and office management responsibilities
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a professional office environment; law firm experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated proficiency managing calendars and multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and office systems
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a collaborative team
