    State Street Dental Care in Lemont is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join their team. Led by Dr. Matthew T. Witt, DDS, the practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming and professional environment. The office is looking for a team member with a strong background in dental insurance coordination, insurance verification, and payment entry who can help ensure a smooth financial and administrative experience for both patients and the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator who enjoys building relationships with patients, supporting daily office operations, and being part of a collaborative team committed to exceptional patient care.

    Schedule for the Front Office Coordinator:

    • Monday: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

    • Thursday: 8:30 PM - 7:00 PM

    • Friday: Closed

    • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Once a Month September-May)

    Responsibilities:

    • Verify dental insurance benefits, eligibility, and patient coverage details.

    • Enter patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.

    • Review treatment plans, discuss financial responsibilities, and answer patient billing questions.

    • Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding accounts.

    • Manage patient scheduling, phone communication, and front office administrative tasks.

    • Provide excellent customer service while supporting a positive patient experience.

    Requirements:

    • Previous dental front office experience required.

    • Strong background in dental insurance coordination and payment entry.

    • Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and patient billing.

    • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
