Position Title: Front Office Coordinator
Job Summary: The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, and visitors while overseeing daily administrative tasks. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating schedules, supplies, files, digitalizing, invoicing, containers (export documents) and supporting office staff to ensure efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer and company records.
Perform data entry and manage office documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or office administration preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
