Established organization seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees. This role supports front desk operations while providing administrative support across multiple departments in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Position Summary
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk activities, handling incoming communications, supporting office operations, coordinating vendors and supplies, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. This is a highly visible position that offers a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to interact with employees across the organization.
Job Duties
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
Welcome visitors and provide a positive first impression.
Handle mail, deliveries, courier services, and shipping needs.
Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with vendors regarding office equipment, services, and supplies.
Process and reconcile invoices related to office operations.
Maintain employee schedules and office calendars as needed.
Provide administrative support to multiple departments.
Assist with company events, employee engagement initiatives, and special projects.
Support general office operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or related experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Type: Direct Hire
Location: Chaska area (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 DOE
