About the RoleC2 Financial is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable professional to be the face of our corporate office and the person who keeps it running. As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors — staff, loan officers, senior leadership, clients, and vendors — and the go-to person for keeping the office stocked, welcoming, and running smoothly.You'll own the front desk and day-to-day office operations, help bring company events to life, and provide administrative and data entry support across the corporate office. Serve as the first point of contact for everyone entering the corporate office — from daily staff and loan officers to senior leadership, external clients, and vendors
Create a consistently professional and welcoming environment regardless of who walks through the door
Handle incoming calls, deliveries, and day-to-day office flow
Coordinate mail, packages, and courier logistics
Office Environment & Vendor Coordination
Order, stock, and maintain office supplies, kitchen items, and equipment so the team always has what they need
Keep the office environment clean, organized, and presentation-ready
Contact and coordinate with vendors to resolve office and facility issues — from equipment repairs to building maintenance
Set up desks and workspaces for new hires so they’re ready to go on day one
Assist with planning and executing company events, meetings, and celebrations
Administrative & Data Entry Support
Perform accurate data entry and keep internal records, trackers, and spreadsheets up to date
Scan, log, and file documents — including incoming checks and other paperwork — keeping digital and physical files organized
Update and maintain internal documents, templates, and shared resources
Provide general administrative support to teams across the corporate office as needed
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of front desk, reception, customer service, or office coordination experience
A warm, professional presence — you make people feel welcome in person, on the phone, and in writing
Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
A proactive mindset — you notice when supplies are low or something needs fixing and handle it before anyone has to ask
Comfortable with basic data entry and structured record-keeping
Experience coordinating with vendors or supporting events is a plus
Background in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is a bonus
Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time, in-office position based in San Diego, California.Hourly pay range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Benefits include:
